On Monday, March 31st, three staff members of the SER participated in an engaging and interactive workshop focused on professional development. The session titled, “Insights Discovery”, was tailored for (semi-)public sector professionals and offered practical tools to enhance communication, improve teamwork, and strengthen leadership skills.
Participants explored strategies to better understand team dynamics and foster more effective collaboration in the workplace. The staff members left with valuable insights to support their roles in the SER and contribute to a more cohesive working environment. Management of the SER extends its gratitude to SOAB learning.
