Philpsburg — On Friday, April 24, 2026, the Chairman of the Social Economic Council (SER), Mr. Harlec Doran, received a courtesy visit from the newly appointed Vice-Chairlady of the Council of Advice, Mrs. Nancy Guishard-Joubert along with Director/Secretary-General, Mr. Jessey Salomon.
During the meeting, the Chairman provided an update on pending advisory requests and legislation. In addition, the Chairman addressed preparations for the upcoming 15th anniversary lecture scheduled for November 2026. The Vice-Chairlady and the Chairman agreed to remain in contact and keep each other abreast of shared legislative advisory matters.
