COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Notice.

On Friday, May 1st, 2020 the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) adjusted the national decree with the addendum allowing for persons to exercise on public roads. Walking, jogging, running, cycling will be allowed within your district during 06.00 AM – 08.00 AM and 16.00 PM – 18.00 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. While exercising remember to practice social distancing.

The SER encourages you to stay active. Regular physical activity benefits both the body and mind. It can reduce underlying health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and help manage your weight.
